Taste of Dublin 2011



Taste of Dublin is back for its sixth year in the stunning location of the Dublin's Iveagh Gardens from 9th - 12th June. Celebrate the great outdoors as you dine your way around the capital's top restaurants, sample the best local and international food and drink and pick up some great tips from world famous chefs.
Offering a taste of Dublin's top restaurants, live chef demonstrations, wonderful wines and over 100 artisan producers, this year's festival is sure to be social event of the summer. Get the low down here on the range of interactive features on display to whet your appetite at Taste this year!

Each year Taste of Dublin likes to add a few new fresh ingredients to the pot and 2011 is no different with some fantastic new features joining the Taste of Dublin family.

First up is our new Guest Regional Restaurant featuring some of the top restaurants from around the country who are going to join the Taste family for the weekend. Next is the exotic addition of Taste of Malaysia where visitors can experience all the delicious cuisine this beautiful country has to offer.

The Philip Lynott Exhibition, takes visitors on a fascinating journey through the biggest ever collection of memorabilia, song lyrics, exhibits, instruments, paintings, tributes, audio visuals and photographs of the late rock legend, and has fast become one of the musical and cultural events of the year.


Rock enthusiasts, music fans, tourists, schools and families have all flocked to the critically acclaimed exhibition to honour Philip Lynott. Still In Love With You: The Philip Lynott Exhibition opened its doors to rave reviews and thousands of visitors have since relived the magical and momentous times in the life of Ireland's iconic rock legend. Now, due to popular demand, the Exhibition has extended its run until May 2nd. The Philip Lynott Exhibition, takes visitors on a fascinating journey through the biggest ever collection of memorabilia, song lyrics, exhibits, instruments, paintings, tributes, audio visuals and photographs of the late rock legend, and has fast become one of the musical and cultural events of the year. 2011 marks the 25th anniversary of the death of the Thin Lizzy singer and this stunning exhibition gives a unique insight into the background, work and life of Ireland’s pioneering rock star.
